The construction of Expressway includes not only land expropriation,demolition,toll station and main body of service area,but also the construction of "brain and nerve"-Electromechanical System of expressway.The completion of mechanical and electrical systems on schedule has a direct relationship with the timely delivery and use of expressway construction projects.From the point of view of project management,the construction management of electromechanical system is different from other project management.It has its own uniqueness and complexity,so the system management of electromechanical system is very important.Through the construction process of mechanical and electrical system of Pingzan Expressway,this paper analyses and summarizes the progress control of each subsystem and subsystem of the project,and makes full use of the progress management theory to compare the implementation effect of the project with the total construction goal,and obtains a set of powerful reference basis.And apply the management system.It can be used for reference and perfection by project managers in related industries.Schedule management is based on project work decomposition,namely WBS.By using the critical chain theory and studying the mechanical and electrical engineering projects of Pingzan Expressway,it is concluded that each project may not have only one network plan.The whole project is executed concurrently through several sub-projects,and the key path with the longest duration is found.The total duration of the project is the total duration of the critical path.In this paper,due to the difference between natural environment and other mechanical and electrical projects of Pingzan Expressway,how managers adjust key activities in the process of progress control through technical measures,and how adjustments lead to changes in critical paths,re-calculation and analysis,and find out new key points are fully analyzed in the process of construction of Pingzan Expressway.Path method.This paper analyses the guarantee measures of organization and management,economy,technology,equipment and material supply,progress inspection and progress quality and safety in Pingzan high-speed project.
