Research On The Construction Of Supply Chain Financing Risk Evaluation System Of W Company

With the promulgation of a series of supporting policies such as "public entrepreneurship and innovation in all fields" in our country,SMEs in our country also usher in new developments.However,the inherent characteristics of SMEs have led to their long-term difficulties facing financing difficulties,supply chain financing mode has emerged.This financing model relies on the strength and credibility of core enterprises,is conducive to the financing of SMEs on the lower reaches.However,due to the large number of participants,while bringing benefits to the enterprise,the risk needs more attention.The core enterprise plays an important role in the whole supply chain,and its participation is the foundation of successful supply chain financing.Therefore,as a core enterprise,it is important to evaluating the risks of the SMEs cooperating with it in supply chain financing,which is of great significance to the relevant parties in itself and even in the whole supply chain.This paper first reviews the theoretical basis of the research questions and summarizes the literature,mainly from the literature review and theoretical analysis of the SMEs financing risk and its evaluation,supply chain financing risk,SME supply chain financing risk evaluation.It is found that foreign studies mainly find ways to solve the small and medium-sized enterprises’ problems from the perspective of funding providers of SMEs financing and government supportive policies,while less from the perspective of SMEs themselves.The risk assessment of supply chain financing in our country is relatively simple,From the perspective of financial institutions to study the supply chain financial risk assessment system,few of them stand in the perspective of core enterprises to assess the risk of the whole supply chain of SMEs in upstream and downstream industries.Therefore,based on the relevant theories,this paper studies the relevant literature and stands at the core of the enterprise.Starting from the reasons of SME supply chain financing risk,this paper summarizes the characteristics of the SMEs supply chain,and selects the index,using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation Combining with the method of SME supply chain financing risk assessment system construction,the system indicators include financial and non-financial indicators;a target and two,three indicators.The selected indicators cover four aspects including the enterprises themselves,industries,supply chains and core enterprises.Finally,the appraisal system is applied to W company for actual test to verify the feasibility and rationality of the system,and then make a conclusion and clarify the conclusion.At the end of this paper,W company’s evaluation system of inadequacies are described,and to some extent explain the direction of suggestions.
