Application Of QC Group In Project Management Practice

With the improvement of the quality standard of the construction industry under the new situation,the quality requirements of engineering projects are increasing day by day.So the quality control methods has become one of the most important aspects of the construction concerned,through the study of engineering project management in recent years,cases can be concluded that the method of QC group activity is a process engineering project quality control a method with better effect,through the implementation of the method of QC group activity,can make use of the collective wisdom of QC team efficiently solve the quality problems in the process of construction.This article from the perspective of the theory of quality management both at home and abroad research,through the use of QC group formed and QC tools,the QC group activities to carry out the procedures and steps,expounds the basic principles of QC group activity method is according to the eight steps of PDCA cycle,use of QC activity tools,through field investigation,expert discussion,brainstorming,etc a variety of ways to find out the engineering quality problems,then develop solutions and implement,final inspection activities.This article by the method of QC group activities carried out in the ground and underground engineering project construction as an example,the "field" and "research" the practical program of QC group activity,both kinds of QC group in accordance with the basic PDCA cycle to work,first of all,according to the questionnaire construction attrition rate and affecting air block shear wall cracks in the basement of factors,through the pareto diagram,QC tools such as confirmed table to determine the main factors affecting the results,the cause for further investigation,then work out the solutions and measures to implement the effect after inspection.By "live" and "research" type of QC group activity,better solve the loss of air brick wall construction and the basement shear wall cracking problems,the QC team on the ground and underground project construction in engineering problem solving all have good results,in process quality control for engineering project has a positive effect,eventually improve staff quality and guarantee the engineering quality of the win-win goal.This paper has practical guiding significance for the current construction enterprises.
