Research On Design Of Nursing Unit In Secondary Hospitals Based On Evidence-Based Design

After the implementation of the health care reform policy,the state has paid more attention to secondary hospitals.Secondary hospitals have been constantly building from improving infrastructure,improving the medical environment,and strengthening the professional skills of medical staff.At present,the design of nursing unit in secondary hospital is in the stage of imitating tertiary hospital,lacking the practical design practice of combining with secondary hospital,but secondary hospital is very different from tertiary hospital in terms of hospital orientation,subject distribution and disease characteristics.This imitative design method will not only waste medical expenses.The source also contributes less to improving the medical environment and improving the medical efficiency.Based on the research method of evidence-based design,this paper derives a design idea on the basis of evidence-based medicine,which emphasizes the use of scientific research methods to guide the design,including the planning,design,evaluation phase of the cycle of evidence-based methods for scientific data collection and analysis to guide the design.It makes the design results more scientific and more in line with needs.Evidence-based design contains many scientific research methods,including literature analysis,case analysis,case study analysis,multi-disciplinary cross-analysis of the analysis method.Firstly,through the analysis of literature,the development process of nursing unit design and evidence-based design was understood.Then,the basic research on the theory and application of evidence-based design and the key points of nursing unit design was carried out,which laid a foundation for the summary of evidence-based design strategies and the application of examples in the follow-up secondary hospitals.Through the basic theory and evidence-based research based on evidence-based design method,four strategies of evidence-based design of nursing units in secondary hospitals were summarized,including the characteristics of nursing units in secondary hospitals,design constraints,evidence-based design elements and evidence-based design process,to provide reference for the design of nursing units in secondary hospitals.Finally,through the design of nursing unit of Baoji Fifth People's Hospital as an example,using the summarized evidence-based design strategy,provide reference for evidence-based design of other secondary hospital care units,the nursing unit more in line with the actual needs of the hospital was designed.
