Study On Architectural Design Of Homestay Under Regional Background

With the progress of social economy and culture,people's concept of tourism consumption has changed,followed by the change of tourism mode.More and more people use "travel" instead of "travel",and are more willing to slow down the pace of travel so as to maximize physical and mental relaxation.In this context,ancient towns and natural scenic spots with beautiful natural scenery have become popular destinations for travel and vacation,which to some extent promotes the development of residential accommodation in mainland China.With the rapid increase of residential buildings,on the one hand,it provides people with a more humane and regional characteristics of the new way of travel and vacation;on the other hand,it also plays a role in promoting the rapid development of local economy and exploring and promoting excellent traditional culture.At present,domestic research on residential building design is still in its infancy,with relatively few theoretical results,but the number of actual completed projects is increasing day by day.This has resulted in the uneven performance of residential quarters in architectural design,landscape construction,service experience and other aspects.Firstly,starting from the overview of residential buildings,this paper expounds the origin and development,characteristics,classification of residential buildings and the differences between residential buildings and traditional hotels.Secondly,some representative residential buildings are investigated experientially.The main research projects are residential buildings in Mogan Mountains and the surrounding areas of Xi'an.The research starts with the planning and environmental design of residential buildings,courtyard space construction,building materials utilization,service and living experience,and through the horizontal comparison of the research cases,summarizes and summarizes the functional elements of residential buildings in mainland China,as well as their design strategies and problems in typical regions.Then it summarizes the design strategies of residential buildings under typical regional background from three aspects: planning and environmental design,architectural monomer design and space design.Finally,taking the tourism and vacation complex project of Yijun Tiantian in Guanzhong area as an example,the paper puts forward the design strategies that should be adopted in the face of the special climate,natural landscape conditions,topography and folk culture in Yijun area.
