Illustrative Study On Design Manners Of Rain Garden In Universities From The Perspective Of Integration

After years of promotion and development,the sponge city has been driven by national policies,and the total amount of construction has become larger and larger.The application of rainwater facilities has become more and more widespread,but unfortunately,many problems have been exposed in the process of popularization.With the rapid advancement of construction indicators,the covet profits,“fast-food” type of rain garden are everywhere.From the perspective of landscape architecture,the similar design can temporarily solve the problem of urban waterlogging,but neglecting the needs of the people and culture of the venue,which is a waste of resource and does not match the current background of "people to fight".This thesis focuses on this issue,from the perspective of integration,with the case analysis method as research tool,the illustration of design manners as expression method,and through the in-depth study of the four cases of rain garden in China,it is planned to integrate the basic natural,crowd and cultural needs of universities to extract a set of universal design manners of rain garden to provide a new perspective and reference for solving the design problems of rain garden in the sponge city.The study is divided into 6 chapters.The chapter 1 is the introduction,the problem,the research object and purpose,the research significance and summary,the research method and content are summarized and explained.In chapter 2,the basic theories such as integration,rain garden,design manners,illustration and case analysis method have been deeply studied and the analysis framwork is sorted out firstly.Secondly,based on these theories,the research framework of this paper is proposed.Then the technical route of the case study part of this thesis is formulated.The three steps of the case study part are “the presentation and diagnosis of the design goals of university rain garden—analysis of case design method illustration based on diagnostic results—illustration on design manners of rain garden from the perspective of integration”.In chapter 3,the design goal of rain garden in universities is presented and diagnosised.Firstly based on the system of designing target objectives in Chapter 2.3.4 and combined the natural,social and cultural environment of university campuses to construct the ideal design goal of rain garden,and secondly the purpose of diagnosis and common scientific diagnosis methods are expounded,based on this analysis the diagnosis method of this paper,and the questionnaire is made,and then the diagnosis of four university rain garden is carried out in turn.The literature research and on-site investigation are taken to diagnose whether the functions of the four university rain garden of the three universities in the rainwater control section are achieved.180 questionnaires are conducted to survey students from 3 universities to diagnose whether the use of the crowd and the cultural display function of the university are reached.Finally,according to the fuzzy comprehensive calculation,the distribution of all the optimal goals in the four university rain garden is obtained.Chapter 4 for the analysis of case design method based on the diagnosis results,the design method of the four university rain garden are analyzed first,followed by the relevant scientific principles and universality verification(multiple cases).Finally,the design goal that meets the illustrative conditions for design method and the design manners of spatial elements are obtained.In Chapter 5,the illustration of design manners based on the and 26 design manners are extracted,which according to the illustrative rules and the design method.Chapter 6 is the conclusion,deficiency and prospect.The main research results of this paper—collection of design manners of rain garden in universities from perspective of integration is summarized.The possible existence of limitations and extensions path is put forward.The main contribution of this research are as follows.Firstly,the multi-channel design goals for achieving effective diagnosis is adopted.Secondly the illustrative research through more strict operation steps combined with the deep analysis is conducted,which is for typical cases and cross-case supplementary verification to finally extract 26 universal design manners for rain garden,providing guidance for the design and research of rain garden.
