The fundamental motive force of technological innovation lies in whether it can bring core competitiveness to industrial clusters.Studying the methods of technological mining and evolution of industrial clusters can help to improve the understanding and understanding of technological innovation of industrial clusters.Most of the existing studies are from the macro level to study the impact of innovation technology on industrial clusters,and do not propose specific methods to study the characteristics and evolution path of industrial cluster technology from the micro level.From the perspective of patent mining,this paper proposes a method of patent technology mining and evolution of industrial clusters based on thematic model,which provides a method of identifying technology hotspots and analyzing technology development trend for industrial clusters,and makes up for the shortcomings of micro-level analysis of industrial clusters.Firstly,this paper analyses the rationality and feasibility of the technical characteristics of industrial clusters based on product information data mining,and puts forward a patent theme mining model for industrial clusters,mining the patent theme of industrial clusters from product information and patents.This paper analyses the assistant effect of product information on patent topic mining,constructs a patent topic mining model of industrial clusters based on product information and patent data,and validates the assistant effect of product information data on patent topic mining of industrial clusters through case analysis.According to the analysis of theme characteristics,the co-occurrence matrix of theme keywords is used to construct the relationship between patent topics,and the strategic coordinate map is used to show the relationship between topics.In order to identify the hot spots of industrial cluster technology,master the maturity of technology,and provide knowledge services for the development of designers.Aiming at the technical component analysis of cluster members,the technology vector model of cluster members is established based on patent topic,the technology similarity matrix between cluster members is calculated by vector model,and the technology scatter map of cluster members is constructed by multi-dimensional scale analysis based on technology similarity matrix to show the technical differences among cluster members.The scatter plot is used to classify the members of industrial clusters,and the technological advantages of the members are refined according to the results of the partition,so as to provide a reference for the layout of industrial clusters.In the aspect of technology dynamic evolution analysis,the theme dynamic evolution map is used to show the theme evolution path,the change of enterprise scatter map is used to show the change of cluster structure,and the patent concentration index is used to study the cluster effect of industrial clusters,so as to judge the technological development trend of industrial clusters,so as to provide reference for the adjustment of technology development strategy of cluster members and the formulation of the transformation and upgrading scheme of clusters by the government.Test.Finally,Zhejiang drinking water machine industry cluster and Zhejiang injection molding machine industry cluster are selected as examples to explore the theme characteristics,the correlation of technical components of cluster members and the identification of Theme Evolution path.The analysis results are consistent with the reality,thus verifying the effectiveness of the proposed method.
