| Technological innovation is the key factor to drive the development of enterprises.The patents of related products containing rich technological information can be used as the starting point of technological innovation.Patent design around is a kind of technology innovation activity that carries on the innovation design to the existing patent technology so as to bypass the scope of patent protection,patent design around can help enterprises to reduce the risk of patent infringement when drawing lessons from existing patent technology.The existing patent design around method is mainly through changing the structure and the function of the object of patent description to avoid infringement to the specific patent,but the design result also has the risk of infringing other patents.At the same time,the existing patent design around methods focus on reducing the risk of infringement of other patents,but lack of design results of market competitiveness.Research and development of high-quality products for enterprises and making up for the deficiency of the existing methods of patent design around,this paper presents a method of patent design around based on technology correlation analysis.The correlation of patent technology is divided into similarity of patent technology and complementarity of patent technology,the similarity analysis of patent technology is used to reduce the degree of similarity between design results and similar patents,and improving the advantage of design result in the future market competition by using the analysis of patent technology complementarity.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:1.The object of patent description is analyzed as a technical system,and the functional model is used to express the patent technology system,a model for calculating the similarity of patent technology is established.The similarity analysis of the functional model is carried out with the knowledge of graph theory and component attributes,and different technology similarity patterns are obtained.Based on the tools such as clipping and effect,the implementation path of reducing technology similarity is given.2.Research on the analysis method of patent technology complementarity,application of technology efficiency matrix to discover the defects of target patent function,obtaining unsatisfied demand of target patent through market demand analysis,using the law of evolution of technology system to analyze the future development trend of target patent.Finally,the complementary technology is integrated to form the product design scheme for the future market.3.A patent design around process based on technical correlation analysis is established,which is used to design the patent design around of the dispensation equipment of traditional Chinese medicine granules.The design result does not infringe the existing patent and can satisfy the market demand in the future,which proves the correctness and scientificity of the theoretical method. |
