At present,most of the motor on the market is permanent magnet brush dc motor.The change of resistance caused by the process of brush commutation leads to the generation of ripple current.Ripple current of rocker window motor is harmful to overheat,vibration and noise of the motor,so it is of great practical significance to analyze the ripple performance of the motor.Nowadays,window-adjusting motor manufacturers use the rf power analyzer for ripple test analysis,but owing to the high price of the rf power analyzer,low test efficiency,ripple performance show the disadvantages,such as not intuitive and detailed difficult to meet a lot of car window-adjusting motor ripple performance test requirements,so in order to improve the window-adjusting motor ripple convenience and efficiency in the performance test,based on the type PA5000 H test precision of the rf power analyzer is a standard,designed a low cost,high efficiency and test analysis straightforward meticulous ripple performance test system.First of all,based on the relevant technical requirements of ripple test of window winder motor,the combined design scheme of ipc,embedded system and data acquisition card is selected.The ripple current data is transmitted from the lower computer to the upper computer by using the data acquisition card,the spectrum analysis of ripple current is carried out by using the fast Fourier transform(FFT)algorithm,and the results of the ripple performance test of the rocker motor are displayed on the human-computer interaction interface of ipc in the form of graphics and data.Secondly,the hardware design of the testing system was completed according to the ripple acquisition and control of the testing system and the requirements of multi-function test expansion.The hardware part mainly includes the design and construction of the hardware platform of the overall test system and the design of the embedded ripple acquisition and control board card with STM32F103RCT6 chip as the core.The design of the test platform of the overall test system is based on the requirements of the collection parameters.The design mainly includes the selection and application of Angle sensor,torque sensor and torque motor as well as the integration of supporting devices.According to the functional requirements of the circuit,the ripple acquisition and control board has designed voltage PWM control circuit,DO control circuit,h-bridge drive circuit,signal acquisition and control circuit and rs-232 communication circuit.Then,based on the hardware design and the functional requirements of software test development,the lower computer and the upper computer control software of the measurement and control system are designed.The software of the lower machine realizes PWM regulation control of the motor supply voltage,DO control of the motor reverse and forward rotation and USART serial port communication control.The upper computer software designs the human-computer interaction interface based on MFC,and uses FFT algorithm to carry out the spectrum analysis of ripple current data,realizing the transmission and calculation of various parameters,the graph drawing of test results,the reading and writing of file data and other functions,and establishes the communication between the upper and lower computer based on the serial port protocol.Finally,according to the test conditions,testing window-adjusting motor experiment,the measured experimental data and the rf power analyzer in the same experimental conditions to the data measured by the data accuracy and stability analysis,and then the ripple performance test system optimization,the stability of the data reach the test standard of the rf power analyzer,success instead of the rf power analyzer for batch car window-adjusting motor ripple performance test.
