This article briefly describes the traditional PC-based integrated test system electricalmeasurement bodies and relevant form. Presents a focus on the design by the electric strength,insulation resistance, turn to turn pressure and cold state resistance of the four componentsconsisting of motors based on embedded technology, integrated test systems. System uses theARM architecture of embedded systems for the control of the hub body or by the variousmeasuring instruments through communication interface to form an integrated electrical testsystems.This paper focuses on the embedded system, an integrated measurement of body compositiontesting programs, measuring institutions turn to turn part of a detailed analysis of the principle ofpressure and designed to measure sampling program. The use of ARM7-based LPC2148 processorchip built hardware for embedded control, and introduced the basic expansion of the circuit design.The system's operating system, analyzed and considered the transplantation program selection,application software, also consider designing a framework.System compared to the existing PC-test for the control of the central system, with small size,low cost, measurement unit flexible, for industrial use stable.
