In the production process of three-phase asynchronous motor,the testing of motor is very important,which is related to the quality of the motor.In order to solve the production test of three phase asynchronous motor,there will be a problem that the short overvoltage can reduce the life of the motor,the data is not accurate,the modeling process of the performance curve is complex,and the performance curve can not be generated well.In this paper,a combination of regression and time series forecasting algorithm with rolling modeling optimization is designed to solve the problem of transient overvoltage.From two angles of frequency division and expected output tracking,four kinds of filters are designed to solve the problem of data containing noise.The method of type approximation is used to study the numerical optimization strategy for solving various polynomial parameters,and a self-seeking algorithm is designed.All the designed algorithms are simulated by MATLAB.Finally,a three-phase asynchronous motor test and analysis system based on Visual Studio platform is developed,and the algorithm is applied to the system.After the system is put into use,the production efficiency is greatly improved and the cost of enterprises is saved.The main contents are as follows:First of all,the problems existing in the three-phase asynchronous motor testing process,the current research status and the significance of this topic are introduced.Secondly,the relationship between system and model,the relationship between noise and system,and the basic theory of random process are given,which provide the basic knowledge for the design of the subsequent algorithm.Third,in view of the problems of overvoltage measures in the testing process of common three-phase asynchronous motor,three models of linear regression,periodic regression and time series are set up step by step through the actual data collected,andthe combination of regression and time series is designed,and the simulation verification is made.Fourth,in view of the problem of noise in the data collected in the field,the finite impact response filter and the infinite impulse response filter are given,and the design process and Simulation of the Wiener filter and adaptive filter are expected to be desired.Fifth,in view of the problem that the TN performance curve of the three-phase asynchronous motor is not easy to identify,the approximation scheme of polynomial and the computing method of the polynomial parameters are given,and the self-seeking approximation algorithm is designed and the simulation verification is made.Finally,based on the Visual Studio platform and using the C# language,a set of three-phase asynchronous motor test and analysis system is developed,which is applied to the design algorithm,and the application benefit analysis is given.
