Flood regulating calculation is an important basis for the planning and design of small and medium-sized reservoirs as well as the later operation management.It is a technology to regulate and control the storage capacity of reservoirs and distribute flood during the flood period.With the development of information technology,numerical solution method,trial algorithm and double auxiliary curve method based on computing technology play an important role in the calculation of water conservancy flood regulation.However,traditional methods,such as double auxiliary curve method,have many problems in the calculation process,such as large amount of calculation,time and energy consumption,and insufficient timeliness.In view of this,this paper USES the high efficiency VC++ MFC programming tool,developed for small and medium-sized reservoirs with double auxiliary curve method flood regulating calculation serial program,and provides a set of operation and monitoring system.The results of three experiments show that the system can effectively improve the accuracy of flood regulation calculation and the convenience and operability of system management.Due to the large scale of data and calculation of reservoir flood regulating calculation,as well as the real-time demand of flood control,flood fighting and disaster relief decision-making.Based on CUDA parallel processing framework,this paper USES NVIDIA Quadro P4000 to realize the parallel processing of dual auxiliary curve method flood regulating calculation process,which solves the dual parallel processing of numerical calculation and storage and the communication competition between GPU and CPU,and effectively improves its parallel efficiency.The experimental results show that the parallel processing algorithm proposed in this paper can improve the acceleration ratio by 2.84,2.79 and 2.59,respectively,compared with the serial algorithm.Therefore,the study of this paper has certain practical significance to the small and medium-sized reservoir management in both theory and practice.
