| Steel trip tire test-rig is a new-style vehicle road simulation test equipment.The transmission structure is steel trip strained by two rollers.Through the steel trip simulating road surface,the road simulation test of the automobile is carried out.In order to improve the bearing capacity of supporting steel belt,reduce the wear the of steel belt and energy consumption,a kind of liquid suspension bracing is designed by applying hydrodynamic pressure characteristics,and the suspension supporting characteristics of fluid is studied.The research contents of this paper mainly are as follows:(1)In order to reduce the wear of the interface between the steel strip and the steel belt tire supporting characteristics,based on the formation of water film pressure between two relative moving plates to the formation of water film pressure in wedge groove support with a certain velocity on the upper surface,a multi-wedge water bearing suspension support characteristics is designed.(2)Based on CFD numerical simulation,the dynamic simulation of water film model in the multi-wedge water bearing suspension support characteristics is established.On this basis,the variation of bearing pressure with feed hole diameter,feed pressure,strip speed and wedge angle is analyzed(3)Based on orthogonal test,the influence of many factors and different grouping of factors including: feed hole diameter,input pressure,strip speed and the wedge angle,affecting the water bearing pressure is studied.It is concluded that feed hole diameter and input pressure are main factors.Taking the minimum input pressure as the objective function,the optimal supporting structure is as follows: the input pressure is 0.4MPa,the diameter of the feed hole on the end face of the support is 6mm,and the depth of the opening end of the wedge slant groove is 0.09 mm.(4)By solving Reynolds equation with finite difference method.The pressure distribution of water film bearing capacity of water bearing is obtained,and the variation of discharge characteristic parameters of water bearing end with input pressure and feed hole diameter is further studied and calculated. |
