| Water pump,as the key equipment in many industrial productions of our country,could bring huge economic losses and serious social impacts once breaking down.With the continuous development of computer technology,more and more continuous and automatic water pump equipment are spplied into industrial production.Meanwhile with the dramatically increasing probability of equipment due to the worse working environment.As a result,the state monitoring technology in the production environment has been more concerned by the industry,especially the vibration monitoring technology of the water pump motor.At present,the vibration signal analyzer is the preferred tool for monitoring the vibration signal of the water pump,but at very high price on the market.On the basis of above background,a monitor for observing the vibration state of water pump will be introduced in this paper,in order to monitor the operation state of water pump at work and find potential security threats.With Raspberry Pi serving as the embedded operating system,the output end of sensor proportional to the vibration acceleration signal in this monitor is connected to the data collector.Meanwhile the embedded system,is connected to and interacts with the data collector through wired LAN,and using TCP protocol.In this way,the real-time vibration acceleration data can be obtained.Moreover,the collected vibration acceleration signal of the motor can get the time-frequency information of the vibration signal through the digital signal processing technology,so as to help the detection personnel judge the basic operation of the water pump,and finally achieve the effective monitoring of the water pump.The embedded system saves the real-time vibration original data and statistical information in MySQL database on the one hand,while it uploads the vibration acceleration parameters to the server(cloud)through HTTP protocol on the other hand.The embedded system is externally connected with display,keyboard and mouse,so that the user can view the data and the graph on the spot.Meanwhile,the user can also log in the embedded system through the VNC software,so as to remotely view the real-time monitoring information of the water pump.In terms of the biggest characteristic of this system,it is the design of a simple and beautiful interface system that is easy to operate by using Qt embedded GUI software technology,so as to realize reasonable and efficient monitoring.As for the main work of this paper,it includes the following three parts:(1)In view of some expensive state monitoring equipment in the market,a relatively affordable water pump vibration monitoring and analysis system based on Raspberry Pi has been designed and implemented during the study,whose cost is only the price of Raspberry Pi,sensor and data collector,thus greatly saving the cost,and realizing the real-time monitoring of water pump vibration.As a result,it brings great convenience to the staff.(2)In line with the functional requirements for the water pump vibration monitoring system proposed by a water plant in Keqiao,which are divided into two categories of software function requirements and GUI interface requirements of the monitoring system in this paper for in-depth analysis and implementations.In view of the software function requirements,this paper realizes the real-time monitoring function through data acquisition and signal processing.While for the GUI interface requirements,this paper uses QT programming to design and realize the interfaces in the monitoring system.(3)Finally,the performance and function of the water pump vibration monitoring and analysis system based on Raspberry Pi are tested in the real production environment,whose results shows that each interface module of the system can operate normally to satisfy the functional design with good performance. |
