| With the rapid development of society, people put forward higher requirements on the measurement tools gradually then before, so the digital storage oscilloscope, as a kind of measurement tools of general signal, becomes the object of development.This paper improves the performance of the digital storage oscilloscopes from two aspects. On the one hand, it firstly uses the interleaved ADC system to implement high-sampling-rate with relatively slow circuits, and then compensates mismatches such as offset mismatches, gain mismatches and time mismatches among ADCs through third-line programming, and finally reconstructs the waveform with the input signal. This method not only improves the sampling rate of the digital storage oscilloscope, but also improves the real-time. On the other hand, it acquires the USB signal at full speed and low speed with the digital storage oscilloscope, and analyzes the protocol. As a result, it can get every packet, as well as the statistical information. Though analyzing the USB protocol has become an important function of digital storage oscilloscope, but the digital storage oscilloscope in sales has not possessed it. The research in this field has certain significance. |
