Research On Sustainable Community Space Design From The Concept Of "Productivity"

With accelerating urbanization in China,the problems such as population increase,loss of cultivated land,food crisis,and deterioration of the ecological environment are gradually emerging,which makes us begin to think about a more sustainable development model.To reduce consumption and improve utilization are assumed to be the common remedies for rational conservation of resources.However,under the increasingly severe conditions,new ways with more revolutionary thinking needed urgently to find.The method is to fully exploit the production potential of urban resources and energy,rationally integrate the functional space of the city and various productive factors,and “tap new sources” to effectively alleviate the negative impact of the urban development.As one of the basic units of urban structure,community is the central place for people to live in.Its energy consumption accounts for a large proportion in urban development.In the face of environmental degradation and social needs,urban community construction needs to make new attempts to deal with it.As space design is the foundation of community construction,this paper combines the relevant theoretical researches of “productive city”,sustainable community,urban agriculture,etc.,integrates the productive concept into the community space form design,and incorporates the sustainable ecosystem,aiming to face up to the energy and environmental crises and provide new ideas for the functional layout and shape design of community space.This paper firstly presents an overall review of the historical process of the concept of production and the evolution of sustainable community space,explores the enlightenment brought by the concept of production to community design,clarifies the feasibility of integrating production into the design of community space,and concludes the concept and characteristics of “productive and sustainable community”.On the macro level,the spatial hierarchy of the productive community and the productivity strategy of the hierarchy are summarized,and the spatial elements of the productive community are sorted out on the micro level.After that,through multi-angle case analysis and field research and analysis,we can understand the residents' understanding of the productive community and the need for community space construction.Based on this,from the micro level to the macro layout,the paper breaks the space and refines the hierarchy,and considers the productive elements as the basic attributes of architecture.It explores in detail the production design methods of the spatial forms of different levels in the community,probing into a synergistic mechanism of ecology,production and living.The research design method is combined with the concrete practice project to construct a space-energy integrated design plan,and the comprehensive benefits of the productive community are evaluated through the estimation of the productive compensation potential.Finally,it is pointed out that the productive changes of the community are of great significance to urban space resources and energy.Through research,this paper hopes to further develop the design concept of the existing community space form,expecting to improve space and energy efficiency,ecological and cultural benefits,stimulate the vitality of community and city,and create a better living environment.
