With the large-scale promotion of subway construction in China,thousands of subway stations are under construction or have been put into operation nationwide.According to the analysis of the use of the existing subway stations,the subway stations under the current mode play a limited role in strengthening the city’s cultural image and enhancing the city’s recognizability;at the same time,domestic policies on urban cultural construction,creative economy and cultural industry development,economic transformation and other aspects of the promotion of more and more.However,Li is always faced with such problems as the shallow level of development and utilization of cultural resources,the impact on the mainstream population and the imperfect coverage.As the main user group of subway is the backbone of society,the combination of public space construction and cultural resources development and utilization in subway station area will not only effectively improve the rationality of public space layout and cultural atmosphere in subway station area,but also make the propaganda and exploitation of cultural resources get on the subway.Win win win.This paper divides the cultural concepts involved in the public space of metro station area into three levels,and combs the cultural environment of the public space of metro station area of a specific city from three aspects,namely,the development of cultural resources,the presentation of cultural images and the implantation of cultural elements,by means of literature research and field investigation.This paper introduces the theme of cultural imagery expression in foreign railway stations.Firstly,it briefly reviews the present situation of cultural imagery expression in the public space of existing railway stations in China.Secondly,it explores the role of cultural resources in the design of spatial interface of public space of railway stations,the introduction of cultural activities,the development of cultural and creative industries and so on.The relationship between action and response.Then,taking Beijing and Xi’an as examples,this paper tries to find out the spatial utilization mode and industrial development mode of metro station combining cultural elements.Finally,based on the above research contents,taking Xi’an as an example,this paper exploresthe feasible strategies in the utilization of cultural resources,the expression of cultural imagery and the implantation of cultural elements in the public space of subway station area,which can provide useful reference for the subsequent construction and optimization of subway station and station space.Based on the above-mentioned specific work,this paper has promoted the existing research in the following aspects: First,from the perspective of the development of cultural industry to examine the cultural value and commercial value of public space in subway station area,breaking through the current situation that previous studies only focused on one aspect of the station space traffic attributes,cultural attributes or commercial attributes.From the perspective of exploring the "reciprocal relationship" between space and culture,this paper reexamines cultural resources and public space of metro station area,incorporates the behavior and economic activities of space users into the scope of investigation,and avoids falling into the trap of researching only public art of station area;secondly,it is beneficial to public space of station area from macroscopic,mesoscopic and microscopic levels respectively.This paper summarizes the methods of cultural image expression,and puts forward the concrete strategies of implanting cultural elements to express cultural image in the public space of Xi’an subway station area. |
