Analysis Of The Spiritual Space Shaping Methods Of Typical Traditional Religious Buildings In Xi’an Area

Because of the fear of the unknown and the longing for eternity,the insignificant human beings in nature believe that behind the unpredictable world there is a kind of mysterious force to gaze at and dominate.In order to seek refuge,a variety of ritual activities revering the mysterious force have been derived and gradually developed into a complete theoretical system,which is the origin of religion.The limited space for activities is the essence of religious architecture,in which the spiritual space is the central outbreak point of the spiritual core of religion.As an ancient capital of the thirteenth dynasty,Xi’an has abundant and high-quality religion architectural historical relics,so it has the possibility of research.Taking the spiritual space of traditional religious architecture in Xi’an as the research object,exploring its individuality and commonness and analyzing its shaping methods are of great scientific significance for perfecting the traditional religious architecture system,exploring the wisdom of shaping the space of traditional religious architecture and understanding the traditional religious culture in an all-round way.At the same time,it has certain practical significance to activate the positive role of religious buildings in contemporary cities and their protection and development.Taking the spiritual space of typical traditional religious buildings in Xi’an as the research object,this paper comprehensively uses the relevant theoretical knowledge of architecture,urban and rural planning,landscape science and religion,sociology,folklore and anthropology,supplemented by a large number of field research data,through comparative analysis,induction and deduction,and other methods,advancesthe spatial characteristics and shaping methods of traditional religious buildings in Xi’an area.Make a comprehensive analysis and arrangement.Firstly,this paper carries on the basic research of traditional religious architecture in Xi’an area,mainly discusses the natural and humanistic background of traditional religious architecture in Xi’an area,as well as the development and evolution of religious culture,and carries on the discussion and analysis of its construction and development status quo;on this basis,it classifies and counts the traditional religious architecture in Xi’an area,from two angles of its historical development information and the general situation of existing relics.Starting from degree,typical cases are selected.Subsequently,the article makes a detailed analysis of the spiritual space characteristics of Buddhism,Taoism and Islam from three aspects: the overall spatial layout,courtyard space and indoor space.Finally,the article compares the spatial individuality of different religious buildings from six aspects: building site selection,building zoning,functional composition,streamline organization,courtyard space and indoor space.On this basis,the methods of shaping spiritual space of three kinds of religious buildings are discussed from interface separation,overall space sequence,courtyard space combination,courtyard landscape elements,single building scale and indoor space.Form,indoor visual control and regional division,as well as interior decoration and color seven aspects are explained and explained.This study will help to improve the research system of traditional Chinese religious architecture,and help its subsequent protection,utilization and activation of its social and cultural role in contemporary urban life.Personal level and time constraints,the article inevitably biased,looking forward to in-depth follow-up research.
