As a weapon that can designate an attack target or track the target's movement,in order to ensure normal function and good performance before launching,it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive test of the missile and evaluate its performance.Missile field flight test is the main means to test the real performance of missile.Based on the analysis of the development status of missile flight test system at home and abroad,a missile-borne data recorder is designed,and WSN bomb landing location algorithm and routing protocol are optimized.The main work is as follows:(1)The software and hardware design of the missile-borne data recorder is completed.Hardware includes main control module,power management module,front-end interface module,storage module,data unloading module,etc.Software includes NAND FLASH data storage module design,and USB communication design between missile-borne data recorder and host computer.The missile-borne data recorder can record all kinds of parameters that need to be tested in the course of missile flight,and meet the requirements of technical indicators.(2)In view of the difficulty in obtaining the position information of missile landing position after flight test,a method of missile landing location based on WSN is proposed.The average hop distance error of beacon nodes in DV-Hop algorithm is corrected and weighted.Finally,particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm is used to optimize the positioning results.MATLAB simulation shows that the improved positioning algorithm has high positioning accuracy.(3)In order to enhance the robustness of missile flight test system.By improving the threshold of cluster head selection nT)(and introducing the weighting factor k,the DEEC protocol is optimized.The simulation results of MATLAB show that theimproved PDEEC_k protocol is higher than LEACH,LEACH_C,DEEC protocol in network life cycle,data transmission and node death time.
