The severe situation of resource depletion,surface climate change,ecological environment damage and so on forces human beings to continuously seek new sustainable alternative energy.Photovoltaic power generation,wind power generation,biomass power generation and other renewable energy power generation forms are expected because of their advantages of clean environmental protection,green efficiency,strong sustainability and so on.In order to create a clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient production and consumption mode of renewable energy,Yangzhong City took the lead in the construction of green energy island,vigorously developed and utilized solar energy and wind power,and constantly increased the proportion of new energy power.Through planning the grid structure layout of green energy island and the construction of battery energy storage system project,explore the consumption control method of new energy power in Yangzhong green energy island with high permeability.Based on theoretical study and engineering practice,the following research results are obtained:(1)In order to explore the power grid planning and consumption control direction of green energy island,this paper introduces the background and significance of the construction of Yangzhong green energy island,and determines the key issues and research direction of the construction of green energy island by analyzing the current situation of consumption control of high permeability new energy power system at home and abroad.(2)In order to realize the benign interaction and flexible collocation of the main bodies in the green energy island,the planning principles of Yangzhong 10 ~ 110 kV power grid are put forward by analyzing the basic conditions of the construction of Yangzhong green energy island,such as geography,resources,policies and studying the current situation of the construction of Yangzhong photovoltaic power generation,wind power generation,energy storage system,biomass energy and other green energy,and the planning principles of Yangzhong 10 ~ 110 kV power grid are respectively put forward.Source planning and outlook.(3)Aiming at the problem of consumption control of Yangzhong high permeability green energy island,the simplified structure diagram of new energy power system of high permeability green energy island is constructed,and the mathematical models of photovoltaic power generation,wind power generation and energy storage device are deduced respectively.Through the analysis of energy storage device characteristics and calculation of profit model,the battery energy storage system(BESS)is established as the solution of consumption problem.Case.(4)In order to verify the absorption and control effect of Bess on Yangzhong high permeability green energy island,the principle diagram of green energy island new energy power system and the mathematical model of battery energy storage system are established,and the power balance control strategy and power fluctuation suppression strategy of green energy island new energy power system are designed.Based on the simulation modeling and analysis of PSCAD / EMTDC platform,Bess is verified.It can output the active power according to the demand to restrain the instantaneous fluctuation of the active power of photovoltaic and wind power,and realize the active power balance of green energy island under multiple working conditions.Taking Sanyue energy storage station as an example,the project overview,system scheme,Bess operation and maintenance mode and economic benefits of three energy storage stations in Yangzhong are demonstrated.
