The development of smart grid can not be separated from the intelligent energy systems. In the construction of smart grid, the construction of user-side electricity-consumption information systems should also be strengthened. It will be of great help on the management of electricity demand side if users could know the real-time electricity-consumption information. Industrial and mining enterprises, commercial buildings, and residential houses are three types of important users of energy management. Only the development of energy-efficient system applicable to them could adapt to the development of smart grid. The most important construction goal of intelligent energy system is to achieve two-way interaction, motivate users to participate in the responses of electricity demand side, and consequently reflect the new electricity-consumption idea which is efficient, convenient and intelligent.The first stage of intelligent energy systems of Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City initially built an energy management information node covering the regional area, mainly completed the information collection on intelligent community and intelligent building, but did not realize the information collection on industrial and commercial users.Based on the first-stage construction achievement, the improvement demand mining and functional design of intelligent energy system were carried out for the information collection problems of industrial and commercial users in this thesis. Through the work of this thesis, an integrated energy management platform facing intelligence community, intelligent buildings, and industrial and commercial users could be realized, by which the service functions such as real-time detection on energy utilization efficiency, feasibility analysis on energy saving, two-way information interaction and so on could be provided. Now, this system has entered the construction phase and can lay the foundation for a subsequent comprehensive upgrade in the smart grid of Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City.
