With the continuous development of China's economy and the continuous advancement of the industrial and electrical industries,the scale of China's high-voltage power grids has also expanded.As the demand for power transmission continues to rise,the erection of transmission towers is also increasing.At the same time,due to outdoor terrain,weather instability,freezing,physical collapse of the mountain and other causes caused by the number of tower safety accidents.At present,the power supply company's monitoring of the transmission tower is still at the stage of relying on the manual line patrol,which consumes a lot of human and material resources and financial resources;and the management of tower information,operation and maintenance records and the distribution of maintenance tasks only rely on word,Excel and other tools for classified statistical management.Therefore,in daily operation,it is very important to monitor the high-voltage transmission tower comprehensively and master its operation situation comprehensively.Meanwhile,for the operation and maintenance personnel,it is also necessary to establish a complete transmission tower database to facilitate the management personnel to view all relevant information of the tower at any time.The transmission tower attitude monitoring system is mainly to realize the transmission tower attitude monitoring,transmission tower management information and online maintenance task management.In this paper,the research object of transmission tower attitude monitoring system is transmission tower maintenance task and environment.The research status,attitude monitoring demand,maintenance personnel management demand,transmission tower management demand,function design and so on are introduced and analyzed in detail.In the demand analysis,through the use case analysis of the transmission tower management business function of the power supply company,the main functional modules such as tower information management,maintenance personnel management,task management and system management are obtained,the design concept of the transmission tower attitude monitoring system is described,and the program flow and various tables of the database are designed.In order to better realize the functional design of the system,the design and implementation process of the system uses eclipse as the development environment,Java as the programming language,B / S architecture mode,strapdown inertial navigation technology and database and other key technologies.Finally,the function and effect of the system are verified by system test.Through the construction of transmission tower attitude monitoring system,the efficiency of transmission tower management and maintenance work of power supply company has been improved.It is convenient for maintenance personnel and management personnel to know the information of transmission tower attitude parameters in time.It is convenient for real-time management and timely maintenance.It changes the traditional manual line patrol method and management mode,and provides a strong guarantee for transmission power safety of power system.
