| With the development of national economy, electricity, as a basic industry has developed rapidly. For the UHV transmission lines of trans regional or inter basin are usually in the regions of complex topography where mined out area and mountain movement occurred regularly, thus leads to the tower inclination, subsidence and displacement, and then tower lodging, line tension and sag all change, influencing the normal operation of transmission line. Therefore, the monitoring of tower translation, tilt and lodging is of great importance in the management and maintenance of the transmission line, and constant research and improvement are needed.By studying domestic and foreign monitoring technology, we found the artificial usage of total station monitoring is still the main method of routine measurements of transmission tower translation. Manual recording, collecting, analysis and storage of data by maintainers with total station instrument, is not only low in efficient and accuracy, but can’t discover the hidden safety problems of transmission tower, which may cause major accidents.This paper mainly study the high voltage transmission tower in mine goaf, where tilt, shift and lodging accidents are happened frequently. Monitoring and early warning device for monitoring the translation of transmission tower in mining empty mountain area is developed based on CORS. In this paper, remote CORS Service Technology,combining with GPS carrier phase differential technique and existing spatial measurement technology and other electronic technologies were used to monitor transmission tower attitude, which can effectively reduce electrical accidents caused by the inclination, settlement and displacement of transmission tower. Besides, it also reduce the frequency of patrolling for areas that is hard to reach, which improved work efficiency and ensured the normal operation of the power grid, effectively. The problem of safe operation and maintenance of transmission lines is solved to the greatest degree, and the digital management of transmission line is realized. The main study of this paper was shown as follows:1. Analyzes the history of GPS positioning technology and the development status of CORS technology at home and abroad. And then elaborates the importance and necessity of developing a monitoring device to measure the translational distance and angle of transmission tower.2. Combined with the actual condition of the high voltage transmission tower, we proposed a positioning algorithm of line tower location based on the comprehensive consideration of the pseudo range smoothing difference and phase difference smoothing transmission tower. The algorithm can dynamically reflect the transmission tower posture or translation trend. And the positioning algorithm further improved the accuracy of transmission towers, compared with the traditional carrier phase differential technique and the other attitude monitoring analysis algorithm. This algorithm is verified with actual monitoring data and good results are achieved.3. In this project differential GPS technology, CORS technology, sensor technology, low power technology, GPRS wireless network communication technology, solar energy power supply technique and others were used to develop the transmission tower posture monitoring system, which is composed of remote CORS server system, mobile monitoring station and host server.4. Successfully developed the mobile monitoring station, a new instrument for the monitoring and early warning of mining empty mountain area and the attitude of tower translation, its hardware circuit is constituted by the S3C2440 microprocessor and peripheral function modules, after the debugging of the hardware and software realized function as expected.5. The mobile monitoring station software program was written, and the communication between mobile monitoring station S3C2440 microprocessor using GPRS module and remote CORS server was realized. By receiving the differential correction information sent by the remote server CORS system, calculate the horizontal and vertical displacement of the distance transmission of tower with differential GPS algorithm. And finally, transmit the results to the PC server with the help of GPRS module, provide technical support for the digital management of the transmission lines.6. The communication protocol between the monitoring mobile station and the host computer server is established, and the software of the upper computer server is compiled. 3D animation shows the posture change of transmission tower, warning values of translation or vertical movement distance and tilt angle of the transmission tower can be manually reset, when the detected transmission tower posture parameter exceeds the warning value, the PC server timely warning. |
