Vigorously promoting the construction of smart grid will be the future work direction of the State Grid Corporation of China.The construction of new smart substations and the intelligent transformation of conventional substations are the intermediate links in the development from ordinary power grid to smart grid.The substations planned and put into operation in succession after 2015 in Chengdu are all smart substations,and the original substations will also take smart substations as the transformation targets.With the rapid development of social economy,the scale of power grid is expanding,the number of equipment is increasing sharply,the technical level is improving,the requirements of operation standards are becoming stricter and stricter,and the intelligent development of power grid is advancing rapidly,which makes the traditional monitoring and management of power equipment cannot meet the needs of power network and enterprise development mode.Intelligent substation as a new technology of power grid control,measurement and protection has a huge amount of data.If the data transcription in substation only depends on manual transcription,tens of thousands of meters will consume a lot of manpower and time.Based on the use of merging units and intelligent terminals to collect and transmit digital and analog quantities in smart substation,the interface of smart terminals has location division.This paper establishes and designs the network management agent model and intelligent terminal acquisition method,and designs and implements the network management agent terminal subsystem.This subject designs a network management system with JAVA as programming language,MySQL database as system data storage,B/S system structure and polling as data acquisition means such as remote communication and telemetry.The system can realize administrator login,remote communication and telemetry data collection,equipment ledger information management,equipment maintenance management,equipment defect management,equipment network status monitoring,system parameter management and other functions,providing convenient data service and good use experience for operation and maintenance personnel.Based on the existing equipment of National Network Corporation and the actual production and maintenance in peacetime,this thesis designs a network managementsystem of equipment according to the current equipment status.Finally,the pressure test and performance test are carried out during the system operation.The test results are within the normal range,and the system can operate normally.The system can help maintenance personnel to remotely check equipment status such as equipment ledgers and defects in the station to enhance the efficiency of equipment maintenance management.Through meter reading and other functions,it can effectively reduce the patrol burden of operation and maintenance personnel,improve the controllability of equipment status,and effectively save human resources and time cost.The equipment has been proved to be able to achieve the designed functions and run normally.
