Research On Planning Management System Of Public Space In The Main Urban Area Of Kunming

Permanently,the public space system in the main urban area of Kunming can not meet the needs of citizens.In order to respond to the changes of supply-demand relationship on urban public in Kunming,the government has made some adjustments in policies,regulations and management institutions,however it still had the unclear direction and ideas in the reform of management.This study takes the main urban area of the main city area as the research area,and takes the public space and management system of the main city as the research object.It focuses on how to manage the public space system of the main city,and how to manage the public space management system.These are the two research logic lines.The research adopts the following comprehensive research methods: literature review,fieldwork,questionnaire interviews,planning management department observation study(nearly a year),planning management meeting auditors,analysis and comparison of mastery of policies and regulations,and draw the main contradiction of the management of public space system.At the same time,we also know that the future planning,construction and management of public space should be oriented toward the following two management objectives,which include "systematic improvement of public space" and "passive space activism"."What to manage" is a problem-oriented thinking to clarify the objective phenomena,mainly through three aspects: building a "managerial perspective" of public space quality evaluation system;analyzing and evaluating the quantity and quality of Kunming's main urban area;combing out the main characteristics and contradictions of the public space system in the main urban area."How to manage" is the goal-oriented thinking of answering mechanism construction,which is carried out through two aspects: the regulation of "quantity" of public space in Kunming,the compilation of public space planning,the management of public space planning and the management of public space construction,and the analysis and suggestion of "quality" of public space in Kunming,the design management of public space and the management of public space.
