Nowadays,with the high-speed development of the car market,automotive manufacturers quickly released a variety of products to satisfy the diversity of consumers and consumer demands.By the diversification of consumer demand,the automotive manufacturers needed to release and manufacture the diversified products timely and rapidly.It is a serious test for the system of manufacture and development.On the basis of lean production,flexible production line can introduce how to produce many kinds of products in a single production line under the condition of existing equipment,resources and time constraints,so as to put forward a set of specifications.System activity development process.BAIC ORV's produces a variety of military vehicles and off-road vehicles,the production of small product characteristics.According to the characteristics of traditional production line design,a model development of a production line,so a variety of products will establish a number of production lines,occupies a large workshop area,production line and welding equipment investment is huge,equipment utilization rate is very low.In order to solve this problem,this research focuses on how to design and plan the multi-variety and small-batch welding assembly line,how to realize collinear production,how to introduce the new product production process and control elements,etc.A set of flexible welding production line development process,product engineering benchmark design system,welding process audit system and welding process design system are summarized.Production introduction process.This paper obtains from the product design,especially analysis and study the design structure of the white body and the underbody benchmark system.From the perspective of the flexible manufacturing,we put forward the feasibility of manufacturing and the design concept of the uniform platform;welding process planning and design fully identify the product structure.We also put forward the various conditions,underbody benchmark hole design on the uniform platform,product collinear production design,plane layout,process design,logistics solution design,human resource design,process system design,design production organization way,shared power system design,the production management information system design.Those conditions are requested in the modern welding flexibility production line,so as to research and conclude that the train of thought,the method,the process and the implementation elements in the flexible production line design.The significance of this study lies in how to realize the flexible production of many products on the same platform,and how to solve the collinear manufacturing problem of the multi-variety and small-batch products of BAIC off-road vehicles,so as to reveal the essence of the flexible production line: the design of the same productplatform.Manufacturing benchmark unified design,the same platform product line production elements,the development and establishment of flexible production lines,flexible equipment,flexible human resources,flexible organization and management,thus achieving cost savings,The purpose of shortening the product development cycle.
