Abstract/Summary:
With the growth of global PV installed capacity,the photovoltaic industry has put forward higher requirements for the quality and output of photovoltaic module products.As an important part of module production,at present,manual welding method is widely used in photovoltaic bus-stripe welding,which has some problems such as low efficiency,high labor cost and unstable welding quality.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a kind of highly digitalized and automatic welding equipment.In this paper,an automatic laser welding production line suitable for the welding of photovoltaic panel bus-strip with a variety of specifications is developed,and a set of appropriate welding parameters are determined.First of all,this paper analyzes the laser welding process of solar panel bus-strip.Based on this,the processing module of the production line is designed,and the reasonable layout of the production line is carried out.The CAXA 3D design software is used to carry out the three-dimensional modeling of each mechanism as well as the virtual assembly of the whole production line.through virtual assembly,the design defects can be found and modified in time,which saves time cost and processing cost.Secondly,in this paper,the electrical control system of the production line is designed.The air pressure required by the cylinder of the bus-stripe clamping mechanism is obtained through the force analysis of the mechanism,and the shear force required in the shear process of the bus-stripe is calculated by finite element analysis.The pneumatic circuit of the production line is designed by using SMC pneumatic system design software.Delta PLC is used as the main controller of the production line,and the hardware system design of control system as well as the design of control process for each working station are completed.Finally,this paper analyzes the influence of welding parameters on the welding quality of solar panel bus-strip.Using STM32 single chip microcomputer as the main control chip,the upper computer interface is developed by MATLAB software,and a transient welding temperature measurement system is designed to provide temperature data for welding test.The finite element welding model of bus-stripe is established by ANSYS software,and the heat source model is evaluated and modified by welding test.Referring to the results of computer simulation,a group of fairly good welding parameters are determined,which provides a reference for the actual welding process.The practical application shows that the automatic laser welding production line designed in this paper greatly improves the welding efficiency of the bus-strip,obtains better welding quality,saves time and labor cost,solves many problems existing in the current PV panel bus-strip welding equipment,and has a good engineering application prospect.
