About the operational feedback,interactive methods,the relevant theoretical research has gradually widened and deepened.But the degree of response from the point of finishing and discussion of product design theory is relatively small.In the era of the Internet today,users feel more and more attention,the quality of user experience in the measurement of product design accounted for more and more proportion.This paper attempts to improve the user experience for the purpose of the product’s responsiveness as a starting point for research and analysis,and design.In this paper,the responsiveness of the product from the response time and response methods to make two aspects of response and responsiveness in the depth of the part of the study to improve the user for the purpose of research response,response time and the user caused by differences,Combing the reasonable response in each case,and summarizing the guiding principles applicable to the product design.As the printer use the process of response time is relatively long operation,the response is not convenient for users to understand the results of the corresponding operations,there is a certain optimization space,as the design object to practice product design responsiveness theory.In this paper,according to selected scenarios and people,the use of questionnaire and interview method for existing self-help and non-self-help printing equipment research,summarize the needs of them,from the perspective of responsiveness to resolve and re-analysis and combing the operating process,The final formation of the program to complete the design practice.
