With the development of automobile industry,electronic system has become the most important component.Compared with materials science,the research of electronic components became more and more important instead of mechanical structure and material,for example,the generation,the motors,the sensors,control modules and so on are used for more filed.Especially of relay is widely used in various control and drive circuit.The stability response time and of functional relays will more and more important in the future.In this thesis,the definition,principle and classification of the relay are described in detail.The whole working process of the relay is analyzed step by step.The key parts and failure modes are identified through the analysis of each step of the contact process.Different failure modes are sensitive to different influencing factors.The sensitivity is not consistent.According to the test requirements,the test system is introduced.The selection of test equipment is determined by the parameters to be measured.The principle to be followed is the effective test item accuracy and the ability to read manually,so as to facilitate the adjustment of the test method in the test process.On the basis of the research on the working process of relay,this thesis also gives a detailed explanation on the main relevant factors that affect the service performance of relay in theory,and verifies the influence of each factor on the results under different conditions through experiments.The experimental results show that each factor has a clear trend on the change of the pull in time,bounce time,pull in time and other aspects.Significant impact.According to the actual demand,the load,arc extinguishing magnetic field strength,input voltage and spring system independent variables are selected,and other relevant influencing factors are taken as random variables.The characteristic vector model of the service performance of the relay is established.Through the main element analysis,the influencing factors of each factor on the service performance are obtained,so that the selection of load type and arc extinguishing magnetic field is the key to the relay.The main influencing factors of service.Finally,through the analysis of the main elements and the surface state observed by the microscope after the disassembly of the actual sample,the influence on the service performance of the relay is verified.The experimental results show that the service performance based on the given suction time,release time,bounce time and contact resistance is accurate,and the prediction results show a good linear relationship with the actual test results.The surface morphology of the appliance after 2000 runs also supports the results.
