The domestic business travel management market has great prospects and has not yet formed a stable pattern.Along with the enhancement of the "Internet +" awareness and the popularity of digital management,the awareness of travel management in large and medium-sized enterprises has gradually improved.It has become the best choice to save costs and improve efficiency through reasonable control for many enterprises.This research comes from the TMC(Travel Management Company)project that I participated in during the internship of Qunar.com(Beijing Quna Software Technology Co.,Ltd.).It aims at serving small and medium-sized enterprises and local enterprises.It commits to build a lightweight business travel service system relying on the existing resources of Qunar.com.We want to utilize ota's local resources realize business promotion and establish brand reputation.This system provides online platform for agents to face companis,and full-process and integrated system for enterprises.It can help companies save costs and improve efficiency.This travel management system on PC terminal of Qunar achieves effective management and control of travel by digital management.It saves costs by restricting employees to book low-priced products.And it simplyfies the process of reimbursement after travel to improve efficiency through pre-trip approval and internal settlement.It ensures the transparency of corporate employees' booking behavior.At the same time,it provides travel management reports for business executives to facilitate the control of corporate travel expenses and the improvement of management level.This paper details the logic and process of PC terminal system's construction.The author compares vertically the market development trend and chooses access resources,and explores the needs of service objects,namely enterprises and agents.Our team utilizes agent to achieve fast response and precise service.Then I compares horizontally the representative competing products on the market and choose the most important and effective part of the functions.The design is based on the principle of easy learning logic which reduces the threshold for users.Through the design process,the author divided the same function into the same module under the premise of distinguishing user's role.It reduces the cost of repeateddevelopment and ensures the unification of the architecture.When designing the use process,I explored the user path and followed the principle of diversified dimensions and smooth operation to consider the control effect.Finally,I verified the rationality and usability of the design logic through product testing,and proposed a product iteration scheme.This design aims to the requirements of service targets and insists on the principle of low investment and high output.Based on the platform mode,it provides a viable solution for developing similar travel management systems.
