With the continuous development of the mobile Internet,the online cultural consumer industry has gradually matured.From Tianya,Sina blog,to vibrato,people put more and more energy into the communication and self-expression on online community.Up to now,the online community has become a pan-entertainment culture community integrating music,technology,fashion,games and other elements,it has gradually become a platform for people's daily social interaction.People can not only meet their own needs through online communities,where they can also gain a sense of social identity.As people's needs continue to refine,vertical social products have entered the field of vision and become the trend of social community products.Under such circumstance,relying on the company's own resources of film and television stars and user volume,Maoyan APP decides to develop a function for fans to support their idols for further vertical refinement of the product community.At present,the fan community platform on the market is represented by Tencent Video,iQiyi and Aidou.Mango TV and Baidu search are also constantly improving.In such a competitive situation,the focus of this study is to explore how to enhance the user viscosity of fans' support community,so that cat's eye can retain the old users and absorb new users at the same time.This paper studies the importance of motivation incentive,social incentive and user experience to enhance viscosities.Through the analysis of the relationship between some related theories and user viscosity factors,this paper proposes the design strategies for Maoyan's online community.Among them,improving the practicability of function and content,the application of operation,the cognitive and entertaining nature during the using process can effectively enhance the user's likability to enhance the user's viscosity for the product.Then,according to the preliminary research results,theoretical strategies and design points extracted,this paper focus on the design of Maoyan's fan support community,including information architecture,interaction design and visual design.Finally,problems which were found through online data performance and results of usability are optimized.
