At present,all large-scale enterprises have built their own power plants.In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the internal grid of the enterprise,most enterprise power grids will be connected to the external transmission grid,but some enterprise grids are not allowed to access the Internet,and the upper grid power is transmitted to the enterprise grid by the large grid.These constraints have a huge impact on the normal dispatching operation of the enterprise grid and the choice of security and stability control measures.This paper analyzes the grid of a large petrochemical enterprise.After the construction of the “one furnace,one machine” project,the #1-6 machine of the old district is shut down,and the enterprise electricity is mainly supplied by the #7,8,and 9 units of the new district.The structure of the enterprise grid has undergone tremendous changes.Under this circumstance,whether the enterprise power grid can maintain the stable operation of the system under static,transient,or isolated conditions under the premise of existing protection measures,and how to ensure that the enterprise power grid does not collapse after being unable to maintain,The enterprise grid is in urgent need of research and resolution.Aiming at the static security stability of the new power grid structure after the transformation of a petrochemical enterprise's power grid,the paper firstly built a petrochemical enterprise power grid simulation model bas ed on the power system analysis integrated program software(PSASP),considering a petrochemical enterprise power grid.In the regional seasonal load power situation,the power grid analysis and N-1 check analysis were performed on the enterprise grid unde r several typical operating modes.According to the simulation results,measures such as adjusting the transformer tap and expanding the transmission line are proposed to improve the stability of the enterprise grid during normal operation.According to the transient stability problem of the reformed petrochemical enterprise grid,the system voltage,frequency and generator parameters of the single-phase and three-phase short-circuit on the busbar of different voltage levels of the petrochemical enterprise grid under different operating modes are simulated and simulated.The change situation and the dynamic analysis of small disturbances.The limit time of the fault removal during the short-circuit fault is calculated.Combined with the protection device of the petrochemical enterprise's own power grid,the protection measures of the petrochemical enterprise's power grid are verified,and the measures to install the power system stabilizer are proposed to improve the power grid.Stability.For the reconstructed power grid structure,after the fault occurs,the petrochemical enterprise grid runs from grid-connected operation to island stability.The simulation simulates the voltage of the petrochemical grid and the external grid in the case of extreme operation.Changes in frequency and generator parameters.Combined with the existing island operation protection measures of the petrochemical enterprise grid and the stability requirements of the island operation,a more accurate load removal amount is given,whic h maximizes the reliability of the power supply of the petrochemical enterprise grid and the voltage of the enterprise grid.The frequency is quickly restored and stable,meeting the grid connection conditions with the external power grid,and ensuring the safe and stable operation of the petrochemical enterprise grid.In summary,this paper analyzes the safety and stability of the power grid structure after the reform of the “one machine,one furnace” project of a petrochemical enterprise grid.Based on the safety and stability of static,transient and island operations,the petrochemical grid and The limitation of the transmission power of the external power grid and the operation characteristics of the surplus power not being able to access the Internet.The research proves that the research results in this paper are in line with the actual production operation of the petrochemical enterprise grid,improve the stability of the enterprise grid operation,and give the maximum value of the load and the load removal under the limit of the fault limit and the island limit operation.The limit value provides a feasible reference plan for the safe and stable operation of the petrochemical enterprise grid.
