Zhuzhou Xiangjiang Scenic Belt Waterfront Public Space Planning Strategy Research

Urban waterfront space is an important place to display the image of the city and improve the quality of life of citizens.With the rapid development of China's social economy and the progress of urbanization,urban functional transformation and industrial restructuring,land replacement and redevelopment of waterfront space has brought new development opportunities to the city and has become a new growth point for urban economic development.The waterfront space in many cities is undergoing profound changes.This paper first reviews the relevant theories and cases at home and abroad,and determines the objectives and methods of the research.Starting from the theory,on the basis of understanding the theory of “landscape ecology theory”,“environmental psychology theory” and “place theory”,the field survey of Zhuzhou Xiangjiang scenery belt is carried out,and questionnaire survey and in-depth interview are combined.Mainly from the air quality,vegetation coverage,public service facilities,traffic convenience,local characteristics,style coordination and other indicators to understand the user's satisfaction,analysis and summary of the current situation of the Xiangjiang River Scenic Belt under the influence of the current Zhuzhou City's functional transformation The main problems are: the original ecological environment is fragile,the public service land and facilities along the river are lacking,the humanized design of the riverside road is neglected,and the historical and cultural resources are not utilized.Then,based on the existing problems,based on the principles of ecological priority,people-oriented,and overall consideration,the public spatial planning strategies for urban waterfront areas are proposed: ecological environmental protection,urban functional composite,multi-transportation planning and cultural resource development strategies.Through the macro,meso and micro levels,the specific practices at each level are analyzed.Finally,it is applied to the east bank planning and design of the Xiangjiang River Scenic Belt in Zhuzhou,and analyzes the positioning and objectives of the planning and design of the eastern bank of the Xiangjiang River Scenic Belt in Zhuzhou,from ecological network construction,functional structure design,urban land planning and adjustment,public space design and control,and high control.Specific planning and design methods are proposed in terms of line of sight control,integrated transportation planning,and public service facility planning.This study has a positive effect on improving the ecological environment of urban waterfront,promoting the interaction of public space,and improving the imageof the city.It also provides some valuable theoretical references and practical references for the transformation of urban waterfront public space.
