The gun firing accuracy and striking ability was directly impacted by the precision and stability of artillery leveling system.As a basic safeguard enterprise,the task of extensive repair for the artillery was shouldered.With the continuous improvement of repairing quality requirements,the means aiming at the repair means of Artillery leveling system can no long meet the requirements of repair accuracy,In order to improve the repair ability,this project for designing hydraulic components testing platform of Artillery leveling system was put forward.Based on the analysis of the structure and function of the hydraulic components of the leveling system,aiming at the detection parameters and testing requirements of each hydraulic component,the design of the detection method is carried out.A detailed design of the test platform is completed for the hydraulic components of the leveling system.The main work of this paper were listed as follows:1.Based on studying the composition and working mode of artillery leveling system,the mechanical structure and working principle of the hydraulic component of the leveling system were analyzed.The detection method of hydraulic components of leveling system was proposed through the analysis of the general characteristics of hydraulic components such as pumps,valves and cylinders.the key characteristic parameters and testing requirements of hydraulic components detection were put forward.2,According to the detection requirements of hydraulic components,the overall design scheme of the leveling system component test platform was put forward.The detection of eleven kinds of pumps,valves,cylinder parts were divided into two functional areas----pump detection and valve/ cylinder detection.The hardware software of test bench was designed.The hydraulic pipeline of test bench was built.The design scheme of electrical control and test bench was determined,and the control function of test software was designed.3.According to the design scheme,the detailed design of pump detection function area was completed.According to the test method of electric pump and manual pump,the rationality of the design of pump detection function of hydraulic pipeline was verified;the validity of the test software was proved through the design process of pump detection,control logic and human-computer interface.4,The valve / cylinder detection function area design was completed.According to the classification of access port valve cylinder / parts detection,design method for typical application was analyzed,the rationality of the design / test cylinder valve function area of hydraulic pipeline was verified.The detection process control valve was chose as an example,valve / cylinder points detection process design was analyzed,and the integrity test function was verified as well.This paper verifies the rationality of the hydraulic pipeline design of the test bench,and the function design of the test software was completes,the foundation for further development of the test bench was built.
