It is widely used in the modern engineering machines, especially heavy-duty machinery such as cranes. Its quality and precision affects its effectiveness directly, so it requires strict Ex-factory quality detection.On the basis of analyzing the structural characteristics, working principle, detection tasks and modern detection technology of the hydraulic balancing valve, the thesis investigated comprehensively related technologies for development of hydraulic balancing valve automatic detection equipment in respects of control system, hydraulic system and key components selection design and so on. Main content as follow:1. According to the characteristics, working principle and detection tasks of the hydraulic balancing valve, the control system of detection equipment has been analyzed and designed more comprehensively, the control system framework is given which using miniature industrial computer as host computer and PLC as slave computer. By decomposing the detection tasks, the functional modules are designed. Such as automatic control, manual control, personnel management and system help modules.2. According to the requirements of the detection system, the key components, such as motors, miniature industrial computer, PLC, pressure and flow sensor are selected. On the basis of the theory of human-machine engineering, the workbench of the testing equipment is designed.3. According to the control system structure, the control system software is developed comprehensively. Each functional software module is developed using MCGS configuration software. The slave computer control system software is developed using STEP7programming tools and PLC ladder language. The real-time communication software is developed using RS485serial communication technology.4. Using the statistical analysis software MINITAB, statistical analysis of the balance valve pressure relief valve detection data is realized.The hydraulic balancing valve automatic detection equipment developed is applied in the factory, and the result shows that the control system has advantages of simple and reliable operation, intuitive interface. It is also a good reference for the development of similar detection equipment. |
