In this topic,the 25VQ21 A Intra-vane type pump is selected as the research object,and the oil temperature change in the closed cavity of the vane pump is analyzed.During the operation of the pump,the oil enters the closed cavity of suction and discharge to absorb the heat generated inside the pump.Because it cannot be discharged in time,it causes the temperature of the oil to rise,the viscosity decreases,and the working environment of the friction pair changes.If it is serious,it will affect the service life of the pump.Therefore,the analysis of the effect of the oil temperature in the closed cavity on the internal temperature rise of the pump has certain reference significance for the performance optimization of the Intra-vane type pump.Using the knowledge of kinematics and heat transfer,t he mechanism of oil heat generation and transfer in the closed cavity is analyzed,and the heat transfer route map is drawn.In order to solve the problem of irregular parts that are difficult to deal with using traditional theoretical calculation methods,the heat conduction module in COMSOL software is used to analyze the heat conduction and heat conduction problems of the shell,and the heat conduction thermal resistance of the shell is obtained.Secondly,the thermodynamic model is established for each link of the heat transfer route,and the oil temperature in the closed cavity of the vane pump is analyzed under different working pressures.Finally,the thermodynamic experiment of the vane pump was designed to measure the temperature change of the oil u nder different pressure conditions.At the same time,the proportion of each heat source and heat dissipation path in the closed cavity of the oil suction and discharge areas was obtained.It is concluded that in the oil suction area,the heat generated by the differential pressure flow and the shear flow orthogonally is the main heat source when the outlet pressure of the vane pump is low pressure;the friction heat between the blade and the stator ring is the main heat source Heat source.In the oil disch arge area,the heat generated by the pure shear flow at the low pressure of the pump is the main heat source;the friction heat between the blade and the rotor groove is the main heat source at high pressure.The main way of heat dissipation is the heat co nduction of the shell.
