The floating flow pair is one of the main friction pairs in the intra-vane pump.The thickness of the oil film has an important influence on the volumetric efficiency,mechanical efficiency,and working reliability of the pump.In the traditional flow pair design,the oil film gap is regarded as the ideal state of parallel height without considering the influence of the uneven distribution of the oil film thickness caused by the deformation of the floating side plate of the flow distribution pair.the theoretical prediction results are inconsistent with the actual one,and it makes the theoretical prediction result less consistent with the actual.To solve this problem,the combination of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and experimental testing is used in the paper to study the distribution law and the variation law with the pressure of the oil film thickness in the floating flow distribution pair of the intra-vane type pump from the perspective of the deformation of the floating side plate.The main contents are as follows:1)The 2D planar flow field approximate calculation model is adopted to simulate the pressure distribution of the floating distributor pair of the intra-vane type pump,and the hydraulic thrust calculation model of the floating distributor pair of the intra-vane type pump is established.2)The deflection equation of the floating side plate based on the deformation theory of the ring thin plate was established,and summarized the deformation law of the floating side plate in the discharge area.3)The finite element method is used to obtain the three-dimensional deformation distribution of the floating side plate.The structure of the valve plates has been improved,and the deformation of the floating side plate has been made uniform.4)Combining deflection equation of floating side plate in oil discharge area and the formation principle of the oil film thickness of the distribution pair,the variation curve of the oil film thickness at the typical point of the floating flow distribution pair in the discharge area was calculated.Theoretical calculation results of the typical point compared with simulation results,the relative error of the two results is less than 5%,which verifies the validity of the theoretical analysis method.5)According to the pump structure characteristics and operating conditions of the intra-vane type pump,the circumferential film scanning and radial lattice method were used to measure the thickness of the oil film in the torus area of the floating flow distribution.The eddy current displacement sensor is installed on the rotor,and the oil film thickness of the floating flow distribution is measured as the rotor rotates.The problem of the winding of the signal line and the power line caused by the rotation of the pump shaft is solved by using a high-speed slip ring.Acquire the signal with the acquisition card and send it to the computer.Signal processing,display,and storage are accomplished by the LabVIEW software.In the paper,through the research on the distribution law and the variation law with the pressure of the oil film thickness in the floating flow distribution pair of the intra-vane type pump,it provides the premise for the calculation of the fluid power loss and the optimum oil film thickness.It has certain guiding significance for optimizing the structure design of the intra-vane type pump and reducing the oil power loss of the floating flow distribution pair of the intra-vane type pump.
