Research On Landscape Design Of Cultural And Creative Park Under The Background Of "Urban Double Repair"

With the adjustment of urban economic structure,many factories and enterprises withdraw from the market,leaving a large number of old factories.At the same time,cultural and creative industries are developing rapidly.In 2015,the policy of "urban double repair" proposed to accelerate the transformation of old buildings in cities,encourage the transformation and reuse of old industrial areas,and support the preferential use of old industrial areas in cultural and creative industries.Due to the support of the policy and the unique spatial characteristics and the transformability of the old factory,a number of cultural and creative parks have been built from the old factory.Cities currently existing cultural creative park in the same industry positioning and functional properties,park landscape ecological environment problems have been seriously,resulting in a single park function,the green coverage rate is low,the overall environment is poor,therefore,this paper tries to from the "city double fix" theoretical guidance to the design to provide a reference of cultural creativity garden landscape design practice cases,suitable for the cultural creative park landscape transformation of reference solution,in order to later design cultural creative park and provide reference and reference.Through the combination of theoretical research and practical design,this paper integrates the design scheme based on the concept of "urban double repair".Through the research and analysis of the excellent cases of the renovation and design of cultural and creative parks at home and abroad,the author has read a lot of literature related to the renovation and design of cultural and creative parks,and discussed the problems and deficiencies in the landscape design of Chinese cultural and creative parks.Summarize the strategies and ideas,further optimize the landscape design of the cultural and creative park,conduct field visits for many times,collect data and determine the positioning and objectives of the project based on the new planning and development requirements of bengbu municipal government.Make theoretical preparation for the formation of the later practical design scheme.Perform field analysis through field inspections,use the "urban double repair" concept to guide the preservation and restoration of the historical buildings in the park,and improve the building’s use function.At the same time,based on the sponge city concept,through permeable paving,tree ponds,and impounded rain The design method of the garden and the green recessed ground is to improve the infrastructure of the park,restore the ecological environment of the park and improve the living environment of the park.Propose corresponding strategies and methods.Prove it with the transformation plan of Baoxing Flour Mill in Bengbu City,Anhui Province.It can provide new ideas and feasible methods for projects related to the landscape reconstruction of Bengbu City and even the national cultural and creative parks.
