According to statistics in recent years,the proportion of traffic accidents caused by blind area of vehicle perspective is about 30% in China and about 20% in the United States.Although the traffic management department suggests that car owners install multi curvature large field rear-view mirrors to reduce the blind area and improve the safety performance of vehicles,it is still unable to effectively reduce and control the occurrence of accidents.Therefore,auto parking products that can help drivers emerge as the times require.The emergence of auto parking products should be fully in line with market expectations,and should be widely used and promoted,but it is not the case in practice.Many automatic parking products have become the chicken ribs of auxiliary driving products because of less application scenarios and more restrictions,poor user experience and so on.Under the surging tide of automatic driving,how to design an automatic parking product that can be accepted by the market from the perspective of market application is a subject worthy of study.This study focuses on the analysis of the current problems in the development process and operation of the Auto Park products developed by the company.Through the research on the mainstream tool APQP in the automobile industry,the existing development mode is designed and transformed.Meanwhile,effective control and verification means are introduced to ensure that the design scheme and operation process focus on the market demand.Secondly,after making a detailed analysis of the current product market demand,through various analysis tools such as QFD,the obtained data are decomposed and classified,and the requirements for product function,performance,scene,etc.are subdivided;At the same time,combined with the use of data analysis method to summarize the pain points of current products in the market,and sort out the R & D and design needs in accordance with the market-oriented.Finally,we mainly rely on the tools of quality function to sort out the collected market demands in terms of correlation analysis,priority ranking,etc.,then classify and sort them out,and reflect the relative importance of various market demands in a quantitative way,so as to make scientific and correct decisions for the R & D design,so that the company can finally produce proper products that can really meet the needs of the market.The significance of the research is as follows:(1)It is of great strategic significance to accurately locate the market demand and take it as the development orientation according to the actual market demand.In terms of the current product finalization of the company and the industry,the combination with the market demand is not so close at present.Through the research and analysis of the market demand,it is helpful to put forward accurate requirements for the research and development work and avoid the product from the market-oriented design.(2)Through the research and analysis of current problems,the relationship between market demand and R & D design is further combed from the development mode and management mode.Combined with the actual situation of the company,create a development mode based on the advanced quality planning process,ensure that the final product design is closely related to the market demand,and lay a solid foundation for becoming a better automatic driving designer in the future.
