Complex electromechanical system is the inevitable product of the development of modern science and technology.Its design and development is of strategic importance for improving the international competitiveness of industry,enhancing the national economic strength and national defense strength.The main features and functions of complex electromechanical system are reflected in the information flow from material flow and energy flow.The material flow is the carrier of the energy flow,and at the same time,it produces the movement under the energy drive.Both of them are carried out under the information flow control and the high degree of cooperation.However,through the mutual transfer and conversion between each subsystem through the material flow,energy flow and information flow to realize its special function,and at the same time,the change of attributes and types of flow will have negative effects on other flows.These negative effects will make the material flow,energy flow and information flow are difficult to be highly coordinated,which results in many problems,such as functional defects,function weakened,function failure or queer operating conditions,etc.Therefore,a systematic theory and tool for problem analysis and solution is urgently needed to solve the multi-flow problems in complex electromechanical systems quickly and efficiently.The main work of this paper includes the following aspects:1.Set up a network process model for multi-flow problems.Starting from the negative effect of the interaction between the multi-flow of complex electromechanical systems,the flow analysis is carried out to the problem flow caused by the negative effect,and the flow defect model is established.We study the relationship of transfer,transformation and evolution among different flows,excavate and analyze the multi-flow problems among multi-flow,and establish the analysis model of multi-flow problems based on flow structure information,and form the derivation mechanism to reveal the multi-flow problems of complex electromechanical systems.The correlation between multi-flow problems is determined according to the correlation analysis method of extension theory,and use the correlation net to transform it into the form of network.Thenetwork process model of multi-flow problem is constructed.2.The multi-flow problem network is transformed into a conflict network.Through the in-depth analysis of the multi-flow problem,the key multi-flow problem is extracted and transformed into a conflict.In depth analysis of control parameters and evaluation parameters that constitute conflict,ENV is modeled,and conflict network is constructed.The importance of conflict is sorted by qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation,and key conflicts are obtained.3.Use the TRIZ tool to solve the key conflict.The TRIZ tool is used to solve the conflict network.The ARIZ algorithm is used to solve the conflicts which are difficult to solve,and the optimal solution is obtained by the combination of the solutions.4.Innovative design of mechanical engineering incense bundling machine.Starting from the engineering practice,the common problems in the process of strapping are analyzed.Based on it,a new conceptual solution is put forward by applying the multi-flow problem network process model,which validates the validity of the process model.
