| In recent years,with the rapid development of economy and the speeding up of urbanization in Beijing.As a result,air pollution is becoming increasingly serious and energy consumption is increasing.Building energy consumption accounts for about a quarter of the total energy consumption,making building energy conservation become a hot issue.Compared with urban building energy conservation,the energy saving of rural buildings starts late and develops slowly,which is far from meeting the requirements of China’s energy conservation standards.In the past two years,the rural areas in Beijing have introduced measures such as "gas generation coal" and "electricity generation coal" to improve air pollution and reduce energy consumption,but the economic benefits are poor and the implementation effect is not good.Therefore,it is an important part of energy saving design to use energy simulation software to design rural buildings.Problem of rural residential energy consumption of heating in winter in Beijing,the author of this paper,from the perspective of rural residential energy consumption were reduced,in line with the design principle of "throttling",from the aspects of building envelope design,explore the ultra-low power design rural residence in Beijing.Based on the previous research on rural residential indoor thermal comfort,on the 包工头 basis of,from the perspective of the building energy consumption index,takes the rural residence in Beijing area as an example.Through the research on the current situation of production and life of rural residential buildings in the area and the current situation of peripheral protection structure,it is found that the reasons for the high energy consumption of winter heating in rural residential buildings are found,and the analysis concludes that,under the existing external protective structure conditions,only by changing the heating mode can not really solve the problem of high energy consumption in rural residential buildings.Before "open source",it is necessary to start from "throb"to reduce the energy consumption of rural residential buildings in winter.At the same time,the paper establishes the corresponding rural residential initial model through the energy consumption simulation analysis software De ST h.In terms of the construction practice of the peripheral protective structure,the influence of different roof materials and construction methods on different wall materials and insulation materials,different roof materials and construction practices are studied respectively,and the orthogonal experimental design method is used to propose nine optimization schemes of ultra-low energy consumption and energy-saving building,and the energy consumption of the initial model is compared,and the economic and suitability is analyzed separately.Based on the analysis and research of the peripheral protection structure of rural residential buildings in Beijing,this paper aims to provide guidance for the design of the rural residential buildings in the future,and provide the basis for the establishment and improvement of the energy-saving standards in rural areas. |
