Abstract/Summary:
The current situation of building energy consumption in China is severe, and the contradiction between traditional construction models and ecological civilization construction is becoming increasingly prominent. The transformation and upgrading of the construction industry brooks no delay.Passive ultra-low energy consumption housing has advantages in energy conservation, emission reduction, and environmental protection, fully demonstrating the concept of sustainable development, and is an important means of achieving the dual carbon goal in the construction field. However,Chinese passive ultra-low energy consumption housing started late and is still in the promotion and demonstration stage, and the enthusiasm of construction units and consumers is not high. Therefore, government incentives are crucial for the large-scale development of passive ultra-low energy consumption housing.Firstly, based on reviewing relevant domestic and foreign literature, this paper summarizes the current research situation of passive ultra-low energy consumption housing, learns from experience and practices, and identifies their shortcomings, indicating the direction for this study.Secondly, analyze the current situation of passive ultra-low energy consumption housing in China, and identify the problems in the market and incentive policies of passive ultra-low energy consumption housing.Based on the definition and behavior analysis of stakeholders in passive ultra-low energy consumption housing,a game model between the government, construction units, and consumers is constructed. The stability of the equilibrium state of the system is analyzed by solving the model. Then, based on the evolutionary game model, the system dynamics method is introduced, and a tripartite system dynamics model of government, construction unit, and consumer is constructed using the Vensim PLE software tool. The evolutionary stability of the system under pure and mixed strategies is studied, and the impact of key parameter changes on the dynamic evolution of game entities is discussed. Finally, based on the simulation results, relevant policy recommendations are proposed.Using the method of combining evolutionary game theory and system dynamics, this paper studies the behavior strategies of stakeholders in the promotion process of passive ultra-low energy consumption housing from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives, clarifies the important guiding role of the government, proposes targeted suggestions for improving government incentive policies from multiple aspects, and provides theoretical reference for relevant research on passive ultra-low energy consumption housing,At the same time,it has important practical significance for the large-scale development of passive ultra-low energy consumption housing.
