As the core equipment of power lithium ion battery slurry preparation process,high-speed mixing and dispersing equipment plays a very important role in the whole lithium battery production process.However,there are few researches on the mixing and dispersing equipment in China,and the related technologies are weak.Compared with imported high-speed mixing and dispersing equipment,the dispersion effect of local existing equipment is poor,and the time for single dispersion is longer.To improve local equipment on above perspectives and develop a mixing and dispersing equipment with good dispersing effect,high speed and stable performance,this article optimizes the equipment design from two key function aspects of mixing and dispersing equipment-dispersion effect and stability of the equipment.1.Proposing a series type design concept of high-speed mixing and dispersing equipment,T-DR dispersing equipment.Based on the DR mixing equipment which has been developed by the research group and technology conflict theory of TRIZ's theory,analyzing and studying DR dispersion equipment problems showing in the actual working conditions to propose a two grades series type dispersion conception with reasonable arrangement of inlet and outlet position,which significantly improved the operation efficiency of the equipment and reduced the complexity of the equipment operation.2.Based on the theory of rotor dynamics,the dynamic performance of the T-DR dispersing equipment rotor system is analyzed and studied.Based on the existing design concept,the key parameters of T-DR dispersion device rotor system,such as critical rotation speed,imbalance response and excitation load response,was theoretically analyzed and calculated by using rotor dynamics knowledge to obtain the key design parameters of T-DR dispersion device.At the same time,the SAMCEF software is used to numerically simulate the rotor model of the T-DR dispersing equipment,and the stability of the rotor is verified in the working condition.3.Based on the improved plan of TRIZ theory and the key technical parameters of T-DR dispersion equipment,the specific structure design of rotor system and dispersed cavity of T-DR dispersed equipment was carried out.The stress and deformation under high speed rotation of dispersed disk which is core structure of T-DR dispersing equipment,was analyzed and calculated.The driving force and minimum acceleration of the T-DR dispersing equipment under critical rotation speed were analyzed and calculated to provide the basis for the driving selection of the T-DR dispersion equipment.4.Making prototype of T-DR dispersion equipment,verifying the prototype performance based on existing slurry preparation process and comparing prototype equipment dispersing data with DR dispersion equipment's.The data shows that T-DR dispersion equipment has higher efficiency and good effect on dispersion.
