HRIO Rotor dynamics tester is made by Institute Of Chemical Machinery of Zhejiang University for a domestic well-known pump manufacturer, which used indynamics analysis and test for multistage centrifugal pump rotor. This is the first centrifugal pump rotor test platform for product design and development. It is of great Significant to break the monopoly of foreign enterprises and enhance the competitiveness of Independent research and development tester.The mechanical structure of tester is designed through the entirety, design parameters of high speed flat belt drive is given and the support rigidity of the bearings are calculated by finite element method; Developed a high-performance automatic control system, optimize the design of auxiliary system and presenting an accuracy PID control algorithm of speed control; calculated the critical speed of multistage centrifugal pump rotor, when the main parameters (e. g. support rigidity, the number of impeller, distance between bearings) are changed, the critical speed is influenced, provided a reference to the design of centrifugal pump rotors.With the experience and advantage in the area of high-speed tester, combining with existing processing conditions,striving to make technological breakthrough, HRIO Rotor dynamics tester successfully was designed and developed. Finally the multistage centrifugal pump rotor experiments were developed on the tester, and the result proved the development of the tester was successful.
