As the first process of battery production,battery ingredients have a vital influence on the performance of the battery.The main measures of a battery's ingredients are the fineness of the battery's particles,the resistivity of the slurry,and the amount of particles clumps under an electron microscope.The traditional method is easy to be inhaled into the lungs,which poses a health threat to the ingredients personnel.Moreover,the single batch of ingredients is limited.Each ingredient takes a long time,usually 4.5-8 hours,and even 16-20 hours to achieve the desired effect.The battery slurry is a kind of suspension,which is easy to precipitate,so it needs to be used within 24 hours after the completion of the ingredients.With the explosive growth of the power battery,it is imperative to produce the ingredients in a large scale and continuously.In this paper,the research and development of lithium battery batching technology and its technological equipment--agitation equipment are carried out.The main research and development contents and achievements are as follows:?.Based on a new agitation method,the mixing of lithium battery slurry was systematically studied.A high-speed mixing and dispersing scheme is proposed.(2).Aiming at the new idea that mixing slurry can not be produced continuously for a long time,and realizes continuous automation and high safety,the structural design scheme of mixer is put forward,and the virtual prototype of structural design scheme is modeled by Solidworks.?.Simulated the influence of shear force on the impeller,and obtained the check of key parameters such as the deformation amount of the impeller;The centrifugal force and shear force generated by high speed rotation are adopted to form turbulent flow rapidly,so that the slurry can be dispersed and uniform quickly.?.A number of stirring sample machines were produced,and key process parameterswere designed and tested to meet the design objectives;?.Experimental results show that the new batching method not only improves the performance but also improves the efficiency of the traditional method.At present,the high speed mixer has improved the quality and efficiency in the mass application,and realized the full automatic production at the same time.It is proved that the technical route of the research and development in this paper is feasible,correct and advanced,and has high practical value in technology.
