In recent years,the security requirements of the whole society have been constantly improved,and people's expectations for quality life have been constantly enhanced,Intelligent industry develops rapidly under the stimulation of external demand.In order to seize the market opportunity,a large number of construction enterprises have transformed from traditional projects into intelligent construction industry,fierce competition has led to the continuous compression of profit space.However,as a new industry,the intelligent industry has not fully developed,the project manager's management ability is insufficient,the intelligent technology is updated,the price of intelligent products changes frequently and other factors lead to many potential risks.In view of the above reasons,in order to prevent risks and ensure basic interests,strengthening comprehensive project management and paying attention to cost control is necessaryThis article takes H company as an example,through questionnaire,high-level interview and system background-data statistics,sums up that extensive control of material cost,uncoordinated organization of cost control,slow return of funds and uncoordinated construction between progress and cost are common problems in the cost management process of intelligent construction units.After analyzing the causes of the problems,combined with the environment of the company and the actual situation of the project,this paper puts forward the improvement countermeasures from three aspects: optimizing the cost management system,optimizing the cost management method and strengthening the whole process cost management.Finally,take these improvement measures in the project of Yuyao robot town urban living room comprehensive service center,through the construction of the implementation effect evaluation system,comparing the expected data before implementation and the actual data after implementation,and evaluating the implementation effect,it shows that the optimization strategy in this paper is effective.The improvement scheme proposed in this paper,combined with the characteristics of intelligent construction itself,using some basic methods,as well as the summary of practical experience,hoping to provide some reference experience for intelligent construction units to carry out problems in the project.
