With the increasing demand for energy and the increasing environmental pollution caused by traditional fossil fuels,the development of new energy plays a vital role in today’s world,especially the inexhaustible renewable energy such as wind energy,solar energy,fuel cells and so on.Because the output voltage of photovoltaic and fuel cell group is relatively low,it can not meet the voltage input requirements of the next stage inverters,so high gain DC-DC converter is needed to boost.At present,it is particularly important to study DC-DC converters with high gain,high efficiency and low ripple.In order to improve the voltage gain of traditional Boost converter,this paper proposes two modification schemes based on single-transistor cascaded Boost converter.The first scheme is to replace the energy storage inductor of single-switch cascade converter with switched inductor structure.The magnetic integration technology is introduced.The magnetic integrated single-switch inductor cascade Boost converter and magnetic integrated double-switch inductor cascade Boost converter are proposed respectively.After introducing switched inductance structure,the voltage gain of the converter becomes(1+D)and(1+D)~2times of the original,which greatly improves the voltage gain of the single-tube cascade converter.At the same time,the inductance of the converter is integrated and the inductance current ripple is reduced.In order to further reduce the voltage stress of switching transistors while increasing the gain of converters,a second scheme is proposed.A magnetic integrated switching capacitor cascaded single-transistor Boost converter is proposed by combining the switching capacitor structure.The voltage gain of the converter is twice the original one.At the same time,the voltage stress of the switching transistor is only half of the output voltage.Input zero ripple inductance integration scheme.Finally,the correctness of theoretical analysis is verified by PSIM simulation,and the correctness of simulation and theory is verified by making experimental prototype.This paper has 57 figures,4 tables and 51 references.
