A single photo-voltaic cell,fuel cell module is a hot research topic in the field of smart grid,however,It is difficult for the lower output voltage to achieve the power network standard,therefore,It may be great to improve dc voltage conversion ratio of the converter to meet the need of the level after the converter dc voltage grade.For high efficiency of energy conversion of dc power and high voltage gain ratio of converter research techniques has become one of the key technology of these practical applications.In order to achieve the traditional Boost dc converter voltage gain transformation,reducing the switch tube voltage stress and decreasing the energy loss of the converter,this paper will apply switch magnetic integrated switch capacitance,inductance and the combination of the switch tube unit to transform modal into the traditional of the Boost converter.this paper puts forward a kind of Boost converter with a basic unit of the switch inductance electromagnetic switch capacitance integrated,and it can achieve big gain.the Boost converter with switch integrated magnetic inductance and switch capacitance is Using the switch inductance and capacitance to replace the traditional Boost converter energy storage inductor and filter capacitor,and it will be divided after the switch inductance decoupling,integration as an integrated inductance,which reduce the volume of a switching power supply,improve the power density.Based on the analysis of the two conditions that in the integration and under no integration,we deduces the voltage converter voltage gain of each modal expressions on the basis of different working modes of the converter.The current ripple through the inductance and the switch tube voltage stress are analyzed in detail.The voltage gain of the converter is increased to two times of the original and the switch voltage stress and the current ripple is reduced to 1/2 of the original.Through comparing of the prototype experiment determination results,verifying the correctness of the theoretical analysis in this paper in the form of control variables,the experiments and theoretical analysis results also show that the magnetic integrated switch inductance of switch capacitor unit Boost converter has good comprehensive performance index.
