The nineteenth National Congress of the CPC clearly put forward the new energy development in a prominent position and put forward the development strategy to realize lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets,the support of scientific and technological innovation is particularly key.In the period of "13th Five-Year",in order to reduce the excessive use of fossil fuels such as oil and coal,the new energy industry has been the key concern and policy support of the government and enterprises.In these new energy devices,bidirectional DC/DC converter module power plays an important role.With the higher demand for the functional requirements of electrical transmission equipment and the integration degree of integrated circuits,the new energy enterprises also have a stronger demand for the innovative bidirectional DC/DC converter,which requires more power,and requires smaller converter volume,power consumption and higher electrical stability.In order to improve the voltage gain of the traditional non isolated bidirectional DC/DC converter and reduce the breaking frequency of the power tube,while the current ripple of the inductor in the converter and the volume weight of the magnetic part are reduced,In this paper,the interleaving integrated magnetic technology and switched-inductor unit are applied to the traditional bi-directional Zeta-Sepic converter,the unit inductor coupled ISI-Bi Zeta-Sepic converter and Inner coupled of unit inductor ISI-Bi Zeta-Sepic converter are proposed.The inductor in the traditional bi-directional Zeta-Sepic converter can be replaced by the switched-inductor unit,which can effectively improve the voltage input and output ratio under the boost and the buck mode of the converter.The interleaving integrated magnetic technique can effectively reduce the breaking frequency of the power pipe;and design the inductor coupled degree design criterion.The current ripple of inductor is reduced,the volume and weight of magnetic elements in the unit inductor coupled ISI-Bi Zeta-Sepic converter and Inner coupled of unit inductor ISI-Bi Zeta-Sepic converter are reduced.The unit inductor coupled ISI-Bi Zeta-Sepic converter and Inner coupled of unit inductor ISI-Bi Zeta-Sepic converter are proposed,and the voltage gain expressions are obtained by modal analysis.The voltage input and output ratio of the interleaving bi-directional Zeta-Sepic converter is the same as the basic bi-directional Zeta-Sepic converter in the two operating modes of boost and buck,and the voltage gain of the inductor unit is highest in the boost mode,which is the 1+D times of the basic bi-directional Zeta-Sepic converter,and the voltage input under the buck mode.The output ratio is the same as the basic bi-directional Zeta-Sepic converter.The relationship between the current ripple of the switched-inductor and the coupled coefficient of the three converters is analyzed.The design criterion of the inductor coupled degree is given.The voltage stress of the power tube and the dynamic response speed of the three converters are analyzed.The theoretical analysis is given and the two kinds of coupled electricity of The unit inductor coupled ISI-Bi Zeta-Sepic converter and Inner coupled of unit inductor ISI-Bi Zeta-Sepic converter are given.The design method is given and the design method is given.Finally,The PISM simulation software and experimental prototype are used to simulate the converter,and the results are consistent with the theoretical analysis in this paper.
