In recent years,with a large amount of investment in infrastructure construction in China,highways,railways and urban roads are springing up like bamboo shoots after a spring rain all over the country.As the only way to connect roads with uncrossable sections,Bridges are of self-evident importance.However,some old Bridges due to its construction,the design load level low reason,make its already can not adapt to the need of modern highway transportation,some even have banned large transport vehicles,and the local government didn't have enough money to demolish rebuild,which severely hampered the development of local economy and highway transportation.In order to restore the capacity of old and dangerous Bridges,the application of prestressed CFRP in bridge reinforcement shows its excellent engineering and economic benefits.In this paper,in order to study the application of prestressed carbon fiber cloth in reinforcing concrete slabs,the theoretical analysis and finite element a simulation calculation-evaluating method on engineering application,according to the principle of mechanics of materials and the design of concrete study the main failure mode of failure mechanism,after reinforcement and stripping failure stress calculation formula is derived;Based on a large number of research results,the prestress loss in the technology of prestressed CFRP is analyzed,and the calculation formula of the main loss term is given.For different prestress application methods,the construction technology of the two methods is systematically studied.By means of finite element simulation,the strengthening effect of prestressed CFRP,the influence of different prestress levels on the strengthening effect and the determination of the best prestress are studied.Finally,according to the actual engineering application,it is verified that the prestressed CFRP has good reinforcement effect in bridge reinforcement,and its engineering application prospect is very broad.The paper has 65 figuers,17tables and 52 references.
